Are Fruiter products allergen-free?
Fruiter products are manufactured in a certified allergen-free facility. However, our products are packaged in a facility that handles food that may contain tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, milk, and sesame, and may use shared equipment.
What helps Fruiter stay fresh?
While it seems like the majority of food products today use preservatives, dried fruit has its own secret weapon for staying fresh! During the drying process, most of the fruitโs water content evaporates, and since moisture is what typically causes products to spoil, by removing it we naturally extend each Fruiter productโs shelf life. We do, however, recommend storing our products in a cool, dry, and dark place since our products are free from preservatives.
Where can I buy Fruiter?
Fruiter is available exclusively online. You can order directly here and have your order delivered straight to your doorstep โ no store shelves in between.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, youโll receive a tracking number via email. If you create an account, you can also view and track your orders there, too.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders move fast at Fruiter! If you place your order during our regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET) and you need to change or cancel that order, please contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order, and weโll do our best to adjust it. Excludes holidays.
Do you accept returns?
Given that our products are food items, we donโt accept returns. However, weโre always happy to help if thereโs an issue with your order. Please reach out to us and we'll get in touch with you.
What are your shipping cut-off times?
Orders ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders placed before 12 p.m. noon ET will be shipped out that same day.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on delivery location, carrier, and weather conditions. Orders are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 12 p.m. noon ET. On average, you can expect to receive a standard Fruiter order within 3-8 business days. Expedited orders are typically delivered 2 days after shipping. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States. Please note: Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS do not qualify for free shipping or shipping promotions.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Sorry, but we are only able to ship Fruiter product to physical addresses.
Do you ship to military addresses?
Yes! We are happy to ship to military addresses.
How do I manage my subscription?
When you log into your account dashboard, you will be able to:
- Edit shipping address
- Reschedule upcoming orders
- Edit product quantities
- Change product selection
You will receive an email notification 5 days before your shipment reminding you that we are preparing your Fruiter order. If you want to make any changes to your subscription order, please log into your account dashboard during that 5 day period.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription (including changing the product selection, quantity, or delivery frequency) by managing your account settings on the Website or by contacting us at info@eatfruiter.com. You will receive an email notification 5 days before your shipment reminding you that we are preparing your Fruiter order.
If you want to make any changes to your subscription order, please log into your account dashboard during that 5 day period.Cancellations and modifications must be received before the next scheduled order processing date to take effect for that cycle; otherwise, the change will apply to the following cycle. The Company is not obligated to refund any subscription order that has already been processed or shipped at the time of cancellation.
